DELIVERY

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

  • Standard delivery to Broadacres Academy reception, free of charge
  • Delivery to your door at a flat rate. The delivery fee is added at checkout.

When will my order be delivered?

  • Orders will be delivered to Broadacres Academy once a week

  • Available for collection from reception every Thursday

  • Deliveries to your door will take between 2–3 business days

  • You will receive the relevant tracking information

EXCHANGES / RETURNS

Returns & Exchange Policy:

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Please read the following Returns and Exchange Policy carefully before submitting a request.

Return & Exchange Period:

Returns and exchanges must be submitted within **30 days from the Dispatch date** of the order.
Requests submitted after 30 days from dispatch will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
1. Go to **My Account**.
2. Click on **Orders**.
3. Select the relevant order to view the details.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the **Return** or **Exchange** button.
5. Complete the required information.
6. Enter your request and submit.

After Submitting Your Return or Exchange Request:
* Print or clearly write down the reference number.
* Securely attach the reference number to the item.
* Return the item to the school shop.
* The school shop will inform BEST of the returned/Exchange stock
* The return will be verified and reviewed before refunds will be proccesed.

Items must be returned in their **original condition and original packaging** in order to qualify for a return or exchange.

Please allow **2–3 working days** for returns to be processed.
Refunds may take up to **14 working days** to reflect in your account.

Important Conditions:

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
* All original tags and packaging must be intact.
* Proof of purchase may be required.
* The school reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions

How do I get a refund instead of credit?

When Will I receive My Refund?

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
