DELIVERY
What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
- Standard delivery to Broadacres Academy reception, free of charge

Delivery to your door at a flat rate. The delivery fee is added at checkout.
When will my order be delivered?

Orders will be delivered to Broadacres Academy once a week

Available for collection from reception every Thursday

Deliveries to your door will take between 2–3 business days

RETURNS
How do I log a return/exchange or query missing items?
- Go to “My Account”
- Click on “Orders”
- Click on the order for details
- At the bottom, click on the return button and fill in accordingly
- Type your request and send.
- You will be contacted soon for further steps.
- Once your return is approved:
- Print or write down the return reference.
- Attach it securely to the item being returned.
- Return the item to Broadacres Academy Reception, sealed and clearly labelled with your return reference number.
What is the status of my return?
- We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your return via email
- To ensure we have the correct contact details, update your Personal Details in the “Account Details” section of your profile
What do I do if the item I received is not what I ordered or is damaged/faulty?
- We do our best to ensure all items arrive in good condition, and we’re sorry if that’s not been the case
- If it does, log a return through your order history
